Advantages: Great physics, great graphics and flawless detail

Disadvantages: Slight annoyances

Call of duty 4 has to be the best game of all time. Since its release in 2007 COD4 has been the favourite computer game for every gamer. Having played this game on a rubbish graphics card I can appreciate the compatibility of such a game and was astonished that it ran at all. Now after getting a decent graphics card the game has absolutely blown me away in terms of graphics and effects.
The single player campaign, although short keeps you amused and is playable many times over. The use of unlockable cheats makes it great instead of having to plug them in via the keyboard and console you can use some great features to maximise the fun and enjoyment from the game.
Now here's the best part of the whole game, multi player. With over 5000 servers originally you were spoilt for choice and today 400 servers still provide adequate room for the small number of players today. The rank system is good and the option of creating your own class makes it more customisbale than ever.
The physics engine employed is amazing and the game itself is really bug free but suffers a bit from minor niggles like the fact you have to move forwards to advance and stop the respawning of foes. I think you can forgive these slight annoyances when the multi player experience is so good and use of the game on low spec machines make it a great buy for the beginner computer gamer.

In my experience should be awarded the best game of the decade and deserves a return title which is believe is reality this fall so fingers crossed it will be as good as MD1.
