Advantages: great game play, weapons, tanks etc

Disadvantages: need a decent pc to play well

call of duty world at war shows that the call of duty series of games is returning from the modern times of that COD 4 is based in, and back to ww2 era. This game is very similar to COD 3, with similar weapons and squad movements etc. You start this game in japan, as american marines trying to capture the beachheads and other various points. A good point of this game is that certain areas of the map can be destroyed, for example, you have to take out a bunker using a bazooka. Another good part of this game is the fact that the flamethrower is available, so you can wipe out entire groups of enemies in one burst of flames. The game the progresses to the british army, pitted against the germans. I personally think that call of duty are back to doing what best, which is old style shooters, as the only real competitors to call of duty in this era are medal of honour, and brother in arms, which are nowhere near as good.

Summary: GET THIS GAME, if not on pc, then other console
