I for one was happy that Call of Duty was going back to World War 2 even though I loved Modern Warfare, because Call of Duty 2 (PC) is my favourite game of all-time, but this all changed when the game actually came out. Treyarch have yet again done an awful job with this game, and are much worse than Infinity Ward, whom I wish did every Call of Duty game, unfortunately they can't.

Single Player in my opinion is boring, I didn't enjoy it one bit and just left it after 3 levels, that's how bad it was. The only thing I like offline is Nazi Zombies if you're playing with your friends, it's tense and was a great idea, I have to give some credit to Treyarch there. It's also good online, if you co-operate well with other players.

In my opinion, Call of Duty: World at War is pretty much Call of Duty 4 with worse weapons, maps and slightly worse graphics, when I head they were using the engine Infinity Ward used I was chuffed, thought it would be great but they did awful with what they had to work with.

Online, some of the maps are OK but some of them are awful, there isn't a lot of work put into some of them. The thing that really ruins it for me is the Dogs perk, when you get 7 kills in a row, you can call in Dogs to hunt around and kill enemies, it's too easy for them to do it, and it's also very simple to get 7 consecutive kills.

Overall, I'll have to give Call of Duty: World at War 2/5, would be 1/5 but Nazi Zombies makes it slightly better.

Summary: I don't recommend this at all really.
