Didn't Live up to it's name (Call of Duty World at War (PC))

Advantages: Good overall game

Disadvantages: Gameplay is lacking

This game a clone of COD4, but set back in WW2. But that doesn't make it a good thing. The game is OK/good, but is nothing special compared to COD4.
Same graphics, but game play is lacking. Due to possible rush to release. I still play COD4 rather than this, even though i have both. On multiplayer you can cheat through ranks, which is impossible on COD4. I thought this game would be a mix between COD4 and COD2 which would be a godsend, but game play doesn't really keep me interested. Singleplayer has an interesting story, and is exciting, but the main reason i bought this game was for the multiplayer, where i felt a bit cheated because everyone was level 55 10th prestige, as i like leveling through the ranks. The game is still good, but not as good as COD4. By all means if you enjoy COD4 and other fps/ww2 shooters get this game because i still got enjoyment out of it, but it didn't live up to my expectations.

Summary: If you can get it cheap, get it.
