Call of Juarez promises so much yet delivers so very little. The concept of it interested me greatly but the game itself was disappointing. You play as two characters, one at a time - Reverend Ray and Billy. Reverend Ray has a dark past and when his brother is killed his dark side comes out once again. Billy is a nobody who has spent his time looking for the treasure of Juarez only to return home empty handed. He gets caught up in a battle at the beginning and soon finds himself being blamed for the deaths of a few villagers. Call of Juarez is an awesome game. It's a wild west first person shooter, yet it isn't a conventional fps where you kill everything. You are only to kill people or animals that get in your way ie. snakes, wolves and the bad guys. :) Many aspects make this game worth the incredible price of 9pounds. The graphics are stunning! I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the system requirements compared to the actual game. Usually when you see low recommended specs, you expect the game to be very simple and bland...
