Advantages: Easy interface

Disadvantages: none come to mind..

I may be biased as this game comes from the year I was most interested in football and so I am very familiar with all the teams and playera. I recently bought CM$ and it didn't have a patch on this version. It is like the earlier Championship Manager games, easy interface and good match overview when in a game.
I also enjoy the fact that you can 'interact' with the media and fans, giving reassurance that your team will do well, and also standing up for one of your players if he has been slated by the media!
You can manage teams from many different leagues and you can even choose to have real players or have the game generate it's own (which I haven't yet played with)
