Disadvantages: Ruins your life

Flicking through the pages of my personal calendar this morning I can see that only 9 days remain until the release of the next in the long line of Championship Manager games. And judging on this and previous games, what a game it promises to be!

This game really does have everything. It is so close to real life that you could probably sit down an with an alien and persuade him that it actually IS a real life ituation. You get everything from injuries, bans, players getting upset and so much more that I simply cannot cover in this opinion without re-writing the manual.

The player attributes are simply astonishing, and I was amzed to find that players such as Jaime Moreno that I had found to be good in the depths of America soon turned out to be good in real life, such as the accuracy and detail in the research of the game.

And the unbelivable thing is that the next game promises to be even better. So if you have a spare 20 quid lying around and a LOT of spare time on your hands (it will take over your life) make sure you are down the shops or have ordered it on Friday 12th!
