Before I meet my fiance, I had never heard of any of these manager games - I was happy playing super mario and that was about it. I could not understand how he could just sit for hours and hours and just play. So a couple of weeks ago I thought to myself "if you can´t beat them - join them!". So I installed it and as any other ... Read the complete review

After Football Manager 2009 let me down I started to seek an alternative to hone my managerial skills. As if by magic Championship Manager was being offered around for the princely sum of £1. This must be a sign from the Gods I thought and in I jumped with two feet. On release day I downloaded the game and first impressions were ... Read the complete review

I absolutly love football manager games and after a few years of playing on the older versions, decided to go out and buy the latest in the Championship Manager range, 2010. Ive played on the older versions for many years and knew what I was hoping for when I bought this game. So far ive completed five seasons and it has lived ... Read the complete review

First of all I will say that I havent bought any of the championship manager series for a few years, after being seriously unimpressed with thier efforts after spliting with Eidos, who create Football manager and have always been a loyal follower of the football manger series ever since. There are just two reasons why I ... Read the complete review

At last a decent CM game CM09 was dreadful. Bugs, long loads, daft difficulty curve, clumsy menu system. CM10 at last rectifies some of this. Firstly, it works. Which sounds lik a given, but with CM09 it wasn't. There is no hang when you use the replay function in games. The loads have calmed down a bit too. ... Read the complete review

This is a disaster of a game. I am not sure whether Eidos felt it needed to 'do something' about the recent superiority of Football Manager in the market or just felt it needed to make a fool of itself. Championship Manager 2010 has more crashes than a F1 rally and Eidos seem not to be in a hurry to solve them. They kept telling ... Read the complete review

I have always been a massive fan of games which fit into the football manager genre. I have been buying them ever since the advent of lma manager back in about 1997. Since then, i have owned virtually every title. Ranging from the brilliant (football manager 2008) to the damn right poor (Premier manager). Therefore, i believe ... Read the complete review

Like the previous reviewer, I also took advantage of the £2.51 pre-release download. It's the first time I have paid to download a game but I was very impressed with the service and delighted to get the game for such a low price. Again, as previously mentioned, it takes time to adjust to the ratings being out of 100 and not ... Read the complete review

I have always been a football manager man to be honest, however, due to me being pretty much skint and finding out from a friend that the makers of championship manager were offering a downloadable version for a minimum £2.50 before release. So i jumped at the opportunity! And i pleased to say that it was a wise investment, as it ... Read the complete review
