Chapionship Manager 99/00 is an old school version of the type on football management game that we have today. These types of games are the best in my opinion, and being one of the first of its kind, I consider this game, not the best, but definitely the best way to start a management genre of gaming. I love the games of today, but I also like the simplicity of the 99/00 version. Back then, you bought, sold players, changed tactics and watch as the teamed you have built up played matches.

Although included in more recent editions, I would liked to have seen much more control over the running of the team, like more in depth finances, player information, scouting and things like that. This was the first Championship Manager game I owned, im not even sure there was one before 99/00, and I loved it at the time. I dont have it anymore, and to be frankly honest, couldnt imagine myself playing it again, but it was still an amazing game.

This game is way too outdated for me to recommend as a purchase for anyone, but if you do happen to come across in a games shop, it wouldnt hurt to give it a go, although you will probably be suprised at how basic it is. I should not that I wouldnt recommend paying any more than a couple of pounds for it, not even that, not worth really. Thanks for reading.
