I've always enjoyed the odd game of chess sincing being taught by my mother when I was young. Back then it was a case of capture as many pieces as you can and then see what happens... No matter what you do with chess on a pc it's basically the same. You can jazz up the graphics, animate them and add sound, the game itself essentially remains the same. With Chessmaster 8000 there is a little more to it than that.
