Basic, but great fun (Colonization (PC))

Advantages: Long gametime, very enjoyable

Disadvantages: Bad graphics, bad interface

Now this is not an amazing game, but it is most definetely not a bad game either. The graphics may not be amazing, and there may be no plot whatsoever, but the sheer genius of this game prevails throughout.

You control one of four countries, all of whom sent explorers to colonize the New World. Starting off with just a single soldier and a worker, you must build up your colony until it is powerful enough to stand alone. But it doesn't end there. Once you have set up one colony, theres always the possibilty of expanding and setting up others.

The limitations of this game are....well....limitless, and the enjoyment you feel when first setting up your colony, is carried through the game, when you meet the natives, you discover new treasures, and eventually colonize all of the New World.

In a similar format to civilisation, and made by the same person unless I'm mistaken, this game, although old, is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Well worth the measly amount of money you'll have to pay for it anyway. May you gain hours of enjoyment from this.
