My brother introduced me to C&C games not long after the first one was released. Certainly one of the best strategy game series that exists. In Tiberium Wars not only are there GDI and Nod, there is a new enemy known as the Scrin. You can play a few Scrin campaign missions once you have completed both the GDI and Nod campaigns. For those of you that need a quick rundown, GDI are the "goodies", Nod are the "baddies" being terrorists and Scrin are an alien race. GDI dominates on land as once you have enough resources you will be able to purchase some very powerful tanks, Nod have no units that really stand out but if you have a steady ... For those familiar with the Command and Conquer series, this game needs little introduction, for those not familiar with it, it is strategy game where you 'command armies, and conquer others.....clue is in the title, more of this later in the review. You will see reviews for C & C 3 on Xbox360, ignore them, this is the PC review and this is the platform on which it is meant to be played, you need a mouse without a doubt. The game is produced by EA (Electronic Arts) one of the biggest game manufacturers there is, so you can expect a slick production and plenty of updates/patches as they come in. I will describe the GAME itself first, then ... Read the complete review

Become a general and lead your army into battle. Be the one to prevail. A strategy game with highly detailed graphics and an amazing gameplay. A lot of missions to complete, should take about a month to complete with all three different armies. The multiplayer experience is brilliant. I've seen games last over five hours. There is also a skirmish mode in which you play in different maps and win certain medals depending on your strategy. As in most of the C&C installations you have the choice of leading one of the three different sides of the war: The GDI, The NOD or The SCRIN. Tiberium: A kind of ore ... Read the complete review

Let me first say I have been a fan of the command and conquer series since i was around 14 years old. Red alert was the first one i owned in the series and i have been collecting them all since. I must say comand and conquer are all amazing games that offer a wide variety of both strategy and action combined into one. When i first heard of Tiberium Wars i was dead excited but unsure as to whether The command and conquer series could live up to its outstanding reputation and hype captured in the last games. But i can gladly say this one does not dissapoint at all. The missions are very improved over the last games in the series as well as the combat and most ... Read the complete review

I got into Command & Conquer through a friend and after playing Red Alert 2 it was clear to me that this genre was better than I expected. I purchased C&C 3 thinking that it would be along the same lines as RA2 but unfortunately this was not so. The game was really quite expensive (£30), I know average for a game but this game did not warrant the usual high price tag. The game itself is built very well with lots of great graphics and a scenario that keeps you hooked for hours. The bit that disappointed me was the setting of time etc... The game is set in the future of uber-cool military gadgets. You are fighting to keep America and must ... Read the complete review
