I bought commandos as a christmas present for my boyfriend and i didnt see him for a week he was on it constantly as if he was addicted or something.
I later installed it on my PC and it was as good as my boyfriend had said, i could certainly understand why he was so engrossed in it.

Commandos is set in world war 2 and is a real time tactics game that lets you be in command of a small group of elite troopers who all have their own voices and phrases.
What you have to do is to send them behind enemy lines in order to complete various hazardous missions, twenty-six in total, and you have to bring them all back alive which is hard work and takes alot of thinking but is also great fun trying.If you fail to complete a mission or one of your troopers dies then its simple you just reload the game from your last save point, so remember to save it quite often.

You will have to study your enemies movements very carefully and develop a plan of attack in order to not be seen, and shot.By doing this you should be able to synchronise your men to perform an attack using all your power and skills.

Each individual mission has its own unique challenges,scenarios and difficulty levels.

So theres hours of fun to be had with this game,and at just 4.99 you cant grumble.

Everything you need to play the game is on the CD such as Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0, macromedia shockwave player, microsoft internet explorer and any other patches and updates that may become available.

The graphics are amazing as it uses your graphics card and runs in GL.
The minimum PC this game will run on is a Pentium 100 but i do not recommend it on one as it is really jerky. You will also need at least 16 Mb RAM and a soundblaster compatible sound card.This game is not recommended for children under the age of 11.
