Advantages: Story and playing that requests thinking

Disadvantages: Graphics and sound

Like TV series games with this title, CSI game was also a hit. So they decided to make a second game (CSI: MIAMI) and latter the third (the game that review you are reading).Because I like games that are requiring thinking while playing (and CSI is one of them) I gave CSI a try, I liked it so I try the second one and third one. The first one was the hardest, and the this one is the longest.
For all of you that you don't know anything about the previous games here are same basics. In CSI you undertake a role of a rookie crime scene investigator. For every case you are about to take you have a mentor (in this one this is CSI - Las Vegas cast. Voiced by the real actors) who helps you with some tips (if you get stuck you can ask for additional tips, but this brings you some minus points in the final evaluation). In this particular game the cases are long, it requires some time to get from starting with collecting the evidence, analyses, court order and interrogating the suspects to closure of the case. Collecting evidence is as seen on TV. You have your fingerprint dust's. UV light, microscope, computer search, DNA analysis... everything that a CSI officer needs. The use of it is simple and whit some imagination you find all the evidence in one or two takes.
Graphics are good but not to great. Sound is a little poor. Even though it has it's scary touch. But the fact that is voiced by the real actors (most of them) it a big plus.
Controlling is done all with mouse in first person view. All together we can say that this is a very interesting game but somehow not so greatly made. It will keep your interest to the end, but it will not impress you so very much.

Summary: As an episode of the series with your touch.
