Then you to Join the crime scene investigation unit of Miami. CSI: Miami, the computer game is out

* The Game

CSI: Miami is a crime solving adventure game for the PC, in other words it’s a game with a puzzle or two in it. It is based on the popular TV show, originally a spin off of CSI. The game is produced by Ubisoft and has been rated 16+. which suggests that the game contains reference to violence.

* The Content

There are 5 cases in the game, each led by a different member of the CSI: Miami team. Each case starts with Lieutenant Horatio Caine advising you as to what you are required to investigate and who you will be working alongside.

Constants in each case are Alex woods, the medical examiner; Detective Yelina Salas and Valera, the lab technician who each have there own location and can be visited at any time during the case.

You need to ask Alex to collect the bodies in each case. She can be asked to confirm if weapons found were used against the victim.

Yelina, is to be found permanently positioned in front of her pc is a lab

Finally, Valera is probably the handiest of all as she provides analysis of blood samples, decryption advice and sends off anything she doesn’t deal with to other parts of the lab for analysis.


* Case 1 Later, Gator

An alligator is discovered dead on the golf course at Palm Springs for this case you are to work with Calleigh Duquesne and have to discover what has happened to this aligator. You find there is also a missing person or are they missing

* Case 2 Crack or Jack

This is cass set in night club. The only problem is that there Feds are there as they were investigating the club already wich will make it hard to look around, so part of the investigation involves persuading Detective Salas that a warrant is needed so that the night club can be examined in detail. Tim Speedle, Miami’s trace expert is on is your partner in this casse and he is good.

* Case 3 The Hate Boat

A women is found dead on a boat morred at the privet reserdents of a famous actress and her husband. Are they the killers would they do it and not move the boat on you find out.
Eric Delko is the resident expert on underwater evidence recovery AND HE IS TO BE YOUR PARTNER ON THIS EXCITING CASSE

* Case 4 Sunstroke

An old man is found dead on his private beach alongside his dog. Is a sueaside but what about the dog its dead to? Your partner is this one is tobe Yelina’s and you two need to see just what hapend hear

* Case 5 Final Judgement

Horatio Caine is your partner in this last casse. I’m not going to give you to much on this case just it has a trist and all three cases rool in to one

aboth is just about each casse as it would not be nice to give out to much of the plot

* How to play
Not to hard but not to easy, although frustrating at points as if you miss any thing you have to retace your styeps.

The game can be made as easy or as difficult as you like by removing some of the assistance. The default game has navigation hotspots, active tool hotspots, auto-evidence question and evidence/ location tagging.


You have two types of sets of tools that are availableone lot for detection and one for collection of evidence
in the detection you have things like fingerprinting powder and in the collection you have twisters and gloths .


If you need to see what you have so farep during the case there is a case file located on the bottom right of the screen where you will find information on the victim and the suspects, . The case file will also hold any hints that you ask for during the game by clicking on your partner.

The idea of crime scene investigation is that you aware of the surroundings and what the casse is look into what is about have a keen eye and don’t miss a thing.

* Analysis
I highly recommend this came

The graphics in the game are clear and accurate
there are directions on the casse to install I enjoyed this game a lot even though I found it hard to get all the evidence and had to start casse two at least twice to get it wright
I enjoy the questioning of suspects and think I would make a great one the team as I always found I know who had done the grime
Its fun if you have a puzzle to sort out and matching the finger printers on the computer was great fun

This depends on where you purchase it.

Game sell it for £19.99, but you can pick up a copy on Ebay for between £3.99 up to £12.50.
I got mine as bye two for twenty pounds in wh smith
