I got this game as a gift from my boyfriend because he knew I loved watching Desperate Housewives and wanted to get me more into gaming (one of his hobbies) so thought I might enjoy this. This game involved me being a new character that has just moved into Wistera Lane and become the 6th Desperate Housewife. I firstly had to create a family, choose my family name, names for myself, my husband and son and then create our appearance and clothing. I don't get to choose what I and my husband do for a living but it has to tie in with the story of the game so I guess that's fair enough. I have had this game for about a year now. I have completed it twice but I think that will be me not playing it for another couple of years. It is based on the popular tv programme Desperate Housewives and you get to live like one of the gang. It's easy to play with hints to tell you what to do. There is a map to get you from place to place and if you double click on a house it will take you there instantly rather than waiting for your character to walk there. You make a character ... Read the complete review

An excellent game for anyone wo is in love with Desperate Housewives like me, although, I doubt it would be as much fun if you don't watch the program. I recently got this as a birthday gift however I was thinking of buying myself anyway. It is quite a cheap game but definate worth the money if not more money! It is basically a point and click game but you do get some options of dialogue which may affect the way the game plays in differnet ways. Before the game starts you get to choose the appearance and name of your character. You also get to choose the the name and appearance of your husband and son, although there are not as many options. When choosing ... Read the complete review

****Desperate Housewives: The Game**** The only reason i got this was because my friend bought it for herself and it didn't work on her computer.I only mention this because this was apparently a big fault with the game-something to do with video cards or something and the game not recognising them?(not very good with technology so not sure).Thankfully this wasn't a problem for me so i got what i class as a good game(hi-five!!) **The plot** You (a housewife) with amnesia have just moved to Wisteria Lane with your son and husband (who is a doctor) There are several mini games in the game including gardening and cooking-all of which ...
