I bought this game as I love watching Desperate Housewives, I love playing PC games and it was quite cheap. The game starts out with you as the 6th housewife. You choose your name and appearance as well as your husband and son's names and appearance. The game is very similar to The Sims in the sense that you control your character. She can cook, clean, garden, go shopping and visit her neighbours. An excellent game for anyone wo is in love with Desperate Housewives like me, although, I doubt it would be as much fun if you don't watch the program. I recently got this as a birthday gift however I was thinking of buying myself anyway.It is quite a cheap game but definate worth the money if not more money! I got this game as a gift from my boyfriend because he knew I loved watching Desperate Housewives and wanted to get me more into gaming (one of his hobbies) so thought I might enjoy this. This game involved me being a new character that has just moved into Wistera Lane and become the 6th Desperate Housewife.
