Trackmania Nations Forever (PC) ... first thing to note about this game is its price. Its free!!! For all you racing game loving fans download it now, after all, all it costs is time. Moving on, the game itself is excellent. It s tracks arent traditional but more exciting with the tracks having loops and extraordinary loops. With the game you can play by yourself, another person at the same computer (party mode) and online with countless racers. The single player mode has a perfect difficulty curve with over 50 tracks which are all divided into seperate colours to illustrate their difficulty. In the 1982 Atari 2600 game ET- The Extra-Terrestrial was so bad that retailers couldn t even give it away, with Atari finally resorting to thousands of copies in a desert in New Mexico. Then there s 1994 s Shaq Fu, a poorly conceived beat-em up endorsed by NBA player Shaquille O Neal, which prompted the creation of Shaqfu.com, a site dedicating to destroying every last copy of the game in existence. Then, in 2003, came the release of Big Rigs- Over The Road Racing. Outrun 2006: Coast to Coast (PC) ... Outrun series has been around since the 1980 s when the first 2D Outrun game was released in the arcades. Following this it was released on multiple platforms from the Sega Master System to the Mega Drive. Outrun 2006 is a new and updated version, an update from Outrun 2. There isn t much difference between Outrun 2 and Coast 2 Coast, just updated courses, extra effects and a few special effects. The game engine and graphics still remain very similar. Walking into Trocadero arcades in Central London, the Outrun arcade machine appears to be one of the most popular to play.
