Advantages: Fun, New quests

Disadvantages: Not much

The Shivering Isles is an expansion to the role playing game The Elder Scrolls Oblivion.

In this game expansion pack you get a totally new world to roam around in, it is at least as big as ¼ the main game. It will take you quite a while to walk from one side of the map to the other.

The story of this game follows a mad King called Sheogorath who is convinced that his land of mania and dementia is going to be destroyed, your goal is to help him save it.

There are many new quests for you to do and lots of fun new items to find and of course lots of interesting new characters to interact with.

This game will add at least another 20 hours of gameplay to the already massive Oblivion, so it is a good expansion.

You can get this expansion for around 10 to 20 pounds which is a good price. Obviously you will need to have Oblivion already in order to play this.

Summary: Good game.
