Britannica is a package that I have used with the kids for a number of years and decided it was time for an update so I went out and purchased the 2001 deluxe edition. The package is full of pictures and videos in fact 16,000 pictures and over six hours of video. The package is very well laid out and it’s easy to find a topic fast with the search engine, which searches over 85,000 articles. If you click on Analyst you have a statistical database of the world which has detail like a country’s population the life expectancy of the population etc etc I could go on for ever.
