This is the sequel of europa universalis and what a game it is. It is HUGE.

The game comes with several scenarios, being the biggest of the the Grand Campaign, an amazing epic quest where you control a nation (or several because you can change nation in the middle of the game) all the way from 1419 to 1819, from the frist coloniztion to the revolt of the colonies, through the napalionic wars. You can choose any nation in existance in all the world in the given date you are playing.

Has paradox has made used to, the game historical acuracy is very good, but not perfect, wich can be forgiven given the number of factions we have to choose from. The graphics are far from state of the art, but this kind of games don't really need amazing graphics. The sheer depth of the game is amazing, has you control almost every aspect of the nation with a very simple and comprehensive interface. You can go to war with whoever you choose, you can anex by war or diplomacy, you can royal mariage other countries, you can explorate and colonize new lands, and a lot more and all you reflect on another part of the game with each event having lots of several ramifications.

Has all paradox games, patches are out since the creation of the game that improve it and gives it a a new life, and lot of mods are also available for all who want to extend their esperience with this amazing piece of entertainment software.

This game is not made for the casual game who just wants to shoot at something, but if you are a die hard fan of strategy games and have a lot of time to invest in it, you must get this game.
