Solitaire (PC):
... computer game comes with the Windows bundle. It was put in with windows to help people new to PCs get used to using a mouse, dragging and dropping and the like. Today it sits unwanted and rejected by most people, when only boredom (and a broken internet connection) will bring people back to it. It is not the purpose of this review to explain the rules of the game. Needless to say, it s a game where you stack ca... Read the full review: The game where your part means nothing by bruffyboy |

Sim Tower (PC) ... The Vertical Empire" is a video game which was released by Maxis in December 1994. It follows closely with the other "Sim" branded video games wherein the user must manage available resources and develop systems based on the objective of the game. Here, players must construct a skyscraper in aims of achieving the game s lucrative five star rating. In the United States the game received a rating of "E" which deemed it suitable for all ages. The game is now approaching its 15th anniversary since issuance and I m pleased to report that the title is still fully operable on the Windows XP operating system. As the game was released in 1... Typing Of The Dead (PC) ... of the Dead is a superbly well-conceived port of the original Arcade game House of The Head, a linear on-rails game in which the player must fight his or her way through a zombie-infested mansion and various cityscapes. It is graphically very good for the time with some lovely 3D characters, gore and environments. This is exactly the same game, but instead of shooting, you re typing. House of The Dead was a big success at the arcades, requiring you to blast away at on-screen zombies alone or with a friend using brighly coloured infra-red replica handguns, but offered something of a headache to the developers when it came to porting it to the PC, as very few gamers would be willing to shell out for an expensive laser-gun just to play one short arcade-game at home. Fortunately however, someone had the bright idea of using the keyboard to play the game, and Typing Of The Dead was born. The original a...
