      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Fifa 11 is better, especially graphics but it's not enough.

Fifa 11 is the next part of the most popular footbal game, the series started in 90'ties of the 20th century by Canadian Studio EA Sports. In this edition autors tried to eliminate the bugs of fifa 10. Like the never ending simple passes and too easy lobbs. As well they put much pressure on the players abilities evolution. For this they used Personality Plus, which was bringed to life to make the players act and move like the real ones. It's focused mostly on the ability to shoot and pass of certain players, now Rooney, Walcott or Crouch will shoot and pass better than much worse players which I found really flustrating in fifa 10, when my best shooter like Messi could not score in easy situation and my friend who was playing as some kind of FC GONGAFF or something where some kind of asian week player, could score impossible goals that was really a pain... Lots of attention was put on the goalkeeprs who will calculate the trajectory of the ball in more realistic way, and they may be fooled by the ricochet when opponent shoots from free kick.

Players in Fifa 11 have working rate points, there are three levels low, medium or high. This means that some of the players are more agresive and are coming back on their side when needed when others just stay in front and wait for the ball.

Bodies of the sportsman look much better, hips, knees, elbows and necks look better especially for some players. In Fifa 10 there was only 3 types of body build, now in Fifa 11 there 9 types and some players have their own unique body builds like Abidal, Walcott and Peter Crouch.

The body kits look better, the game allows us to chose from the three lengths of soccer socks. The faces have more details and there has been added more what I call happy moves, which are basicly the animations of players celebrating their goals. Game creators allowed the users to import own tracks, changing the music track when team goes out on the field or songs of fans when their team scores. Game types are the same like in fifa 10 - League, Manager, Become the Star and network matches.

Everything is so great about new fifa 11 but as a big maniac of this series I was expecting more, sometimes it feels like its just polished version of fifa 10. But what you expect? They are really busy, every year the teams are different, new players new stadiums and all this things.

smooth, responsive, ultra-realistic, individual personalities, a must for PC footballers!

I'm a HUGE fan of the FIFA series but was really disappointed when the PC version of FIFA 10 was released. The graphics were a major disappointment and the game looked something like a revamped version of FIFA 98. I switched over the Pro Evolution Soccer 2010...

That is until FIFA 11 came out!

All I have to say is WOW. The game is beautiful even on average PCs, with an AI that contests and competes as hard as any human. The graphics are much improved and the movements are realistic and responsive, unlike the robotic feel of the Pro Evolution Series. Any movement or button tap on my dual-shock controller elicits an immediate reaction: a leg stuck out or a toe extended, or my favourite Ronaldinho move. The game balance is perfect as the AI makes decisions and mistakes like a real person would. On the odd occasion you might be cuing a perfect shot with Cristiano Ronaldo and have him balloon it. Passes are realistic and through balls are weighted with risk but lethal when deployed at a carved-up defence.

My favorite is Manager Mode which allows for realistic transfer of players. The realism of transfers reflect real life players. Lionel Messi is unlikely to sign for another club for at least the first 5 years in manager mode while less loyal players are able to be offered incentives (in the form bonus per goal, per game salary). Each player behaves like he would in real life and has their own unique personality.

Another big part of the game is the ball: it behaves like a ball. I fired a freekick with Ronaldo and the keeper dived the right way. The ball hit the wall and bounced off the top of a defender's shoulder. It then sailed out of the keeper's grasp, hit the crossbar and ricocheted into the net. It doesn't get more realistic than that!

If you're looking to buy a football game on PC, don't even consider other options. FIFA 11 is a MUST!
