This is the first Final fantasy Game i played and to be honest it hasnt been bettered everything was so balanced, gameplay was supporb and the storyline was just Brilliant,me and and my brothers played this to death and just about finished everything in the game especially the difficult task of getting the summons knights of the round table, now that was hard!
The storyline is the main draw here and every character in it is given a good back story and often forms and intergral part of the mission, the characters are so likeable, Cloud the main character starts out a bit selfish and uncaring but as more is revealed u start to care more and especially when something disastrous happens you almost feel youreally have lost a friend, im not going to spoil it but there is one scene in the game that is a tear jerker moment that u have no soul if you dont feel anything!
What else can i say cut scenes are brilliant but not overly used, storyline is amazin, graphics still hold up even by todays standards and you will wonder how they managed it on the humble PS1, the only minor issue i think anyone will have is the random battles especially as you want to go places, but its only minor as regardless you will need to use these to build up your character. get it now whereever however u can you wont regret it!
