I'm in the middle of a game, you cant be having the baby yet dear. Just let me finsh the game first.
It's the final game of the season and this is what has all been for. You've toiled away for 37 games and now your whole season depends on just this one. Win and you will go down in history. Lose and all that work over the season has been in a lost cause and it will be your job to get things back for next season, if your still the manager of course. Not winning trophies or even worse getting relegated can often spell the end for managers in the top leagues. But what can you do about it? whether youre taking charge of the best team in the country with the best resources, or the team currently lying bottom of league 2 with the much smaller resources, there will always be a challenge in this game. Can you keep the top team top. Can you save the bottom team from relegation and maybe even challenge for the playoffs next season. Your decisions are vital and one bad one can result in disaster and can throw your season into complete turmoil.

This game will obviiously appeal to all the star lovers out there, it is a must have for all you guys. But there is also something in there for all the people who dont necessarily love football, but do love the challenge of a great strategy game, it might not last as long for those guys but if they dont like to beaten in a challenge then im sure it'll last for a very long time indeed.
There are so many choices to make both on and off the field, that no two games will ever be the same. The addictiveness of the game will start to show to other people who watch you playing the game too, as you jump around the room like a loon celebrating wildly the last minute winner in the Champions League Final against the team that beat you last season and that tried to steal your best player at the start of this season.
Revenge truly is a dish that is best served in the last minute.

This along with Championship manager 5 were the two manager games to look out for at the time of their release, it was the first outing for both since the break up between eidos and sports interactive. Sports interactive the creators of the database for the champ man series, kept their information and found Sega to help them create the surrounding parts of the game. While all eidos got out of it was the championship manager name, they had to find a new company to provide the backing information for them, and whilst they did a reasonable job, the series has kind of been overtaken now by this game.(football manager 2005)

Great game and worth every moment of your life that you can waste while you play it.

Summary: Very very addictive and great fun
