Advantages: 3d match engine, new press confrence system

Disadvantages: Its alot harder than the old one!

I am a huge fan of the football manager series and could not wait for the 2009 installment. I can tell you i was not dissapointed!!!!

whilst sticking by the game engine that made the previous games in the series hugely sucsessfull, they have made vast improvements, the most significant being the 3d match engine. Now you can watch the game in full 3d instead of those annoying 2d blobs from the previous game, although you will need a fast pc for this.

You can also now attend press confrences and awnser questions pre and post match, or if you cant face up the media you can send your assistant! Your squad will react in different ways to the way you handle questions.

The game still has a huge database of players and enough tactical varieties to baffle even the great sir alex. The financial side of the game is now alot better with transfer dealings alot more imersive and complex.

Al in all a great footy management sim, the best on the market.
