Another year another Football Manager, and everytime is just as brilliant as the last. The introduction of a 3D match engine, without taking away the historic 2D highlights and commentary only functions is great, and even better news its just as addictive as it has ever been.

Having only recently purchased it I am still very much in love with the game and due to the points deductions given by the Football League this season, this seasons Football Manager offers up some brilliant little scenarios, such as Luton Town - 30 points and Bournemouth / Rotherham - 17 points. A great place for even the most hardened Football Manager player to begin.

By now all the floors and bugs will have been eradicated through the updated patches so I can safely say there is probably no better time to purchase Football Manager.

Please however warn your loved ones, pets, and any inanimate objects you may have previously conversed with that you won't be around for a while!

Summary: A understanding girlfriend is definately required!
