What a game this is, i cannot recommend it highly enough. It is the only game that i bought last year and can still constantly play.
The main advantages of the game are that it has such longetivity. There are so many different leagues, ranging from the northern irish first division, all the way through to the mexican premier, full of manageable teams. Therefore it becomes easy to get engrossed in the game and attempt to build a world cup winning side with some minnows such as south Korea!
The game doesnt have any major disadvantages, other than that its fairly difficult. Sports Interactive have stopped the pick up and play philosophy that previous editions had and now it takes real skill to develop a tactic that the AI cannot crack, which can take some of the fun out of the game.
However, still the best pc game on the market for me, and i eagerly anticipate the new edition.
