If you ask me Freecell has a pretty hard time of it. People always play Minesweeper, or Solitaire, but when you say 'Don't you want to play Freecell?' they just look at you as if you're stupid. Freecell isn't as easy to understand as Solitaire but when mastered it is ultimately more rewarding. The two card games share a similar idea, but Freecell takes it a bit further. Freecell is a game bundled with windows and is a lot like the classic one person cards game patience. The cards are laid out as four overlapping columns of seven and four overlapping columns of six. You can take columns of cards or a single card off this set up and move them onto cards of opposite coloured suits and one higher number. Having only had experience of my friend?s computer and playing Freecell with her when my husband moved in with me and brought his computer I immediately asked him to get Freecell for me. It comes with package he said looking at me as though I was stupid. I couldn?t wait for him to get it working for me. This is when my addiction first started.
