Advantages: A great game that combines action and strategy

Disadvantages: Can get a bit repetive

Ever wanted to rule you own city, running what happens, when it happens and how it happens, well now you can in Gangsters Organised Crime. You start off as a small time gang leader with a few recruits. To finance your operations you must establish a protection racket and extort the local business’s and houses for as much money as you can bleed out of them. While you are establishing your empire you need to recruit more gangsters, an accountant to evade taxes and a lawyer to bribe police and other officials (Judges and the mayor) they also fight out your gangsters court cases when they unfortunately get arrested. When your bank balance has grown a bit you can then buy legitimate business’s and establish illegal business’s in the back alley or room behind them. These could be brothels, casinos and counterfeit press’s amongst others. These are where you can make serious money but you also get trouble with the FBI. But the main aim of the game is not to set up illegal business’s but to eliminate the 3 other gangs and take ultimate control of the city. To eliminate your opponents you can either organise hits on their leader, go into there territory and shoot anything that moves or eliminate there income. To cut off there cash supply you can smash up, blow up or set fire to the business that are paying the opposition gangsters or you can intimidate the shop owners into paying you protection and as you work your way through there empires eventually they won’t be able to finance there gangsters wages and there empire will collapse. Gangsters is an amazing game and I recommend that you should go out and buy, beg, borrow or steal a copy of it today.
