[The Story.]

Having just made it back onto the streets of Liberty City after a long stretch in maximum security, Tommy Vercetti is sent to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny Forelli. They were understandably nervous about his re-appearance in Liberty City, so a trip down south seemed like a good idea. But all does not go smoothly upon his arrival in the glamorous, hedonistic metropolis of Vice City. He's set up and is left with no money and no merchandise. Sonny wants his money back, but the biker gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians stand in his way. Most of Vice City seems to want Tommy dead. His only answer is to fight back and take over the city himself.

[The Game.]

The variety of weapons and vehicles is amazing. There are many missions in the game, which are good sources of money and unlock new outfits/safehouses. But you don't have to do the missions, you can roam around vice city and wreak havoc in your path. I love being naughty and getting chased by the cops! There are also races, RC car races, RC plane checkpoint races, insane jumps, hidden packages and safehouses and businesses to buy. Also, once you buy a business it unlocks a whole set of missions that spawn there.

You can also download multiplayer clients and play this game online with other GTA fans on different servers. (Deathmatch or RPG) which is also extremely fun.

This game is also avaliable on Playstation and a different version of it (Vice City Stories) on the PSP and Xbox.

You can purchase this game from any of the high street game retailers. Also online. It is quite old now so you should be able to pick it up for a very cheap price.

[My Opinion.]

Buy this game! (If you liked GTA3 - even just a little! Or if you started the GTA series through San Andreas, still, go and buy it!) It is so much fun.

Overall, this is one great game. Pleanty to do and see. Lots of missions that will keep you entertained for hours.
