This is the sequel of a first person shooter that has won many awards due to its sheer quality. As a highly anticipated game many fans hoped that it could be as good as the first in the series. Half life 2 is a single player game, which includes many multiplayer games such as Half life 2 Deathmatch and Counterstrike: Source.

The previous game is not needed to run Half Life 2 but a and internet connection is required. Game content is downloaded by a program called Steam, which can be found at the following website;

Owning Half Life 2 gives you the many features such as the Source Development Kit that is used to create modifications of the game. I believe the developers have included all of these things to keep us fans occupied for later releases, where they will amaze us again.
