Advantages: Good graphics, Quick game speed, Good fun.

Disadvantages: Gets boring quickly, not enough weapons, no real storyline.

Left 4 Dead - (PC)

Basically you run around with three other survivors, trying to get to the next check-point and ultimately finish the chapter, altogether there are 4 chapters obviosuly with different surroundings/maps. A large amount of team-work and communication is very important as you will need to heal the other players in your group and save them from Hunters, Smokers, Witches and tanks. Another feature is that you can get puked on which then attracts the hoard, when this happens you have to fight for your life as 'hundreds' of zombies flood you. You can also friendly fire on this game which is annoying sometimes as they tend to walk into your shot, but if you like to get on your friends nerves and you are playing multiplayer its brilliant.

Towards the end of each chapter, you have to hold your own against a horde of zombies and tanks etc, this requires a more strategic approach as you find the best positions and fight for your life. Once you've completed the campaign, there's not much else to do apart from attempting different difficulty levels which isn't that interesting, or you can have a try at the versus mode.

This game is great fun, it is very strategic and cooperative; a great multiplayer game. At the end of every section you get to see the stats for each chapter which is good fun if you are playing with friends as you can see who was the best, (or who ran and hid from trouble).

The fact that the game is so short however and the fact there are only a few weapons and its quite monotonous suggests to me that this game will be pirated and played at lans.

This is a great game for a while and its always good to have a quick game or two with the mates but it does get boring, the gameplay is simple and easy to control, a brilliant zombie shoot-em-up game but it does get boring. I would recommend you try it, but the price is a bit steep last time i looked.

The graphics are also very good as is the online play so i suggest you give it a try, its definitley worth it.

Summary: Great game to play on, but maybe only for a short period of time, also better on the xbox.
