Well what can i say about Links LS 99. It is without a doubt the best golf simulation that I have ever played. It follows on brilliantly from Links 98 but with a lot of extra features, including the introduction of a tour option. With this option you have a set number of players all playing in a tournament and at the end of each tournament there is a money list which runs so you can see who is the best. This is the most exciting feature of the Links 99. This game is playable by anyone and everyone, if you have the money and like golf, then I highly recommend that you go out and buy this game. ... The links LS golf series is great. Since the very early days of Links - The challenge of golf, the Links series has been well known for photo-realistic, two-dimensional, and highly accurate golf simulation. The latest version, Links LS 2000, is the best yet. The full installation will set you back over a Gigabyte of disk space, but if you value your hard drive, you can run all the courses from CD, which saves a great deal of space. The biggest ommision ... Read the complete review

This game is a very realistic golf game and the best I have played. The graphics are very realistic and the players and courses are almost real. The game can be played on varies levels with three different was to control the hitting of the ball which makes this game playable even for the uncoordinated of us out there. But after a little practice you can progress to the different levels. The courses are good fun and true to life. Well done to Microsoft for a good game just one bad point though, putting is a little too unpredictable. ... Read the complete review

Imagine winnig the Ryder Cup fro Europe at the Belfry. This can become reality. Links is the best golf game you can buy. It is so realistic and with so many courses. Including the Belfry and St Andrews. The players look really lifelike and when you hit the ball someone will comment on it and the player expressions change each time. The sound affects themselves are brilliant and as you about to play your shot you migh hear a distant helicopter or bird. Even when your on a tee of a long Par 5 you can get a fly by when you get an ariel view of the hole your about to play. I recomend this game to anyone. ... Read the complete review
