Advantages: Sniping!!

I found this game at the shops and thought, "Hey! this looks cool, the back shows some guy sniping someone's head off. I think I'll buy it!".

Then I got all excited, as everyone should be when they buy a new game. I took off the shrinkwrap and placed the CD in my CD-tray, installed the game, and executed the program.
The game was about average. The controls are really easy to get to grips with and I played right away without reading the manual. Then I got stuck on what to do next and decided to consult the trusty manual. After that, I still got stuck in the game. I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do next and I was really frustrated as the character I was controlling (i.e. Kurt) kept dying as I tried to puzzle out what to do next.

Maybe I'm just a bad games player. I wasn't good at first person shoot-em-ups anyway and I decided to put the game onto easy mode instead of normal mode, which only left me more time to try to figure out what to do and as always, resulting in death.

I must say that the game is quite good, considering it's an oldie. I particularly like the sniping mode but it leaves little room for strategic action, which I thought I was going to get. The sound and music sounds as if it came from a clone of Mission Impossible, which had an air of humour with it. This game is worth a look, but for people like me who prefer to think before attacking, steer clear away from this one.
