... time. The graphics weren't all that great, but everything else kept me coming back. I love Might & Magic 7 almost as much (if it wasn't some much harder!). I have to get Might & Magic 8 still, but I am waiting until I finish 7 because I would hate to get distracted. This game can be played by almost anyone. Some of the quests can be a pain to finish (that's why the Internet is there to help you!). ...more

Premium Review Might and Magic 6 - Mandate of Heaven (PC): Might and Magic VI - One of the best! (134 words)

Might and Magic VI is a RPG game which allows you to take on the characters of 4 people who battle to save the world of Enroth from an evil alien race. Throughout the game these four increase in level and ablility, gaining valuable experience so you are able to battle the toughest of monsters. You also get given a range of quests to do in order to achieve your final goal. I found this game one of the best out of the Might and Magic series as the Graphics were excellent and the gameplay was stunning. Although in places it got a little dull and the story line wasn't that well written. But overall this is a great game and if you like RPG games then this is a ...  Read the complete review

If you're into fantasy and exploring, you'll enjoy this game. It has 50 quests for you to complete, so there's lots to do. Sometimes you'll need to be patient, and build your team up before going forward, but there are more than enough enemies to kill, and places to explore to keep you busy. Realistic in that your team have to eat and sleep, or they will become week, and feeble. There are lots of hidden treasures to discover, and you are able to interact with all other humans, animals, and even building. It takes a long time to complete all of the quests, so there's lots of value for money with this game. The sound effects and ...  Read the complete review

This is obviously the sixth M&M game. It is similar to the earlier titles in the series, except that this time the designers have opted for a proper 3D engine a-la Quake. Except that they've gone for bitmap monsters and people still. The engine intelf if basic but functional, and on misty days it can look quite picturesque, but the bitmap creaturs can look a little shoddy. The gameplay is what you would expect, except in an effort to make this game huge the programmers and writers have unfortunately made it quite dull. The plot doesn't progress at a good enough pace, and you get to a point where the bad guys rocket in toughness, leaving you with little ...  Read the complete review
