Ultra detailed, ultra fast in game graphics bring arcade style motor-cycle racing to the PC. Two types of bike, power wheelie the Speed bikes for extra boost or jump and perform tricks mid-race on the Cross bikes.

Moto Racer is a classic arcade conversion to the PC. It remains at a cheap price in the shops due to it being 4 years old but dont discount it yet! Moto Racer contains two style of races. Dirt track mode where tracks are made up of mud where the idea is to skid around an indoor arena or a snow field track against other computer controlled opponents. The other mode takes place on tarmac along coastline beach fronts and inner city town areas. When you race on dirt tracks you can perform tricks, although these dont count for any points or upgrades to the bike you ride, they just make the player look like he/she is an expert at the game. Graphics are very good for this type of game and the action is very fast and furious. A 3dfx card is needed to harness the full potential of this graphical beauty that is Moto Racer! The game is very colourful with the full spectrum of colours along the beach tracks, from reds and greens on the bike to yellows and blues of the sea and sky. If you are looking for a simulation game I wouldn't take this one too seriously. It is an arcade conversion which is lots of fun to play with. The game can be played with more than one player either over a LAN (local area network) or by using the two player split screen facility. A maximum of 8 players can take part at one time. Hardware specifications for the game are suprisingly low, 90MHz Pentium or higher, 16MB RAM and a 3dfx card also helps! Fast, fun, colourful gaming at its best for a bargain price!
