Need for speed porsche 2000 is probably the last game of it's kind in the need for speed series, it has a decent physic engine and a good graphic, even if it came out in the 2000 the game is really good and replayable, and especially playable with friends, the good part about the game is that you can take and decide wich cars to buy , it has ... If your, like me , this is probably the only Porsche you are ever likely to own, partially because I don?t want a real one, and mostly because I can?t afford one. I don?t have a ?Need for Speed? in real life. I?ve had this game for a few years now, and although I? m not a computer game afficionado, I do like this one. The graphics are ... Electronic arts have really excelled themselves with this game. Nowadays many games have ‘official licenses’, but this one actually stands for something. There are and astounding eighty (that’s right 80) different cars from the first humble Porsche 356 to the present day GT1 GTS (it’s a beast, trust me). There are three ... Read the complete review

Need For Speed: Porsche 2000 (Or Porsche Unleashed depending on whereabouts in the world you live) is the fifth game in the series of games that drives us petrol heads wild. This time round though, Electronic Arts went for something a bit different – something that put me off the game for ages. Rather than take a bunch of random cars and ... Read the complete review

I have had NFS Porsche 2000 for about a month now, and I am just starting to perfect the skills to compete in the intermediate level. This game is by no means easy, but this just adds to it's longevity. After you have installed the game, you will be presented with a stunning introduction sequence where a Porsche test driver takes ... Read the complete review

I bought this in an EA Classics compilation with Populous and NBA live 2000, all for £20. I did have a K6III 450 and a Matrox G400 32MB graphics card, and 128MB RAM when I bought the game, and it ran fine. The only advantage of the better machine that I have now is pushing the resolution up higher. The graphics are gorgeous, as are the 3D ... Read the complete review

As an old fan of the series, I've been picking out problems, strengths and weaknesses since the very first title in the series. NFS: Porsche 2000 is a good game and comes packed with a lot of good features, but like every game, it has its weak spots. In this case, some minor ones that can be quite annoying or can be over-looked, depending on ... Read the complete review
