prince of persia is a hardcore action packed game from the game creators of ubisoft .this last and final chapter in the prince of persia series is truely exceptional .i have to say that i did not like the previous warrior within series as it was totally lame.but this one was totally good with really awesome game play and ending sequence.
the game starts with prince returning to his kingdom with kaileena from island of time after killing dahaka .as he reaches the shore he finds his city bobbylone burning in ashes and soon finds that it was because of vizier as the sands of time was not created the vizier is not dead.and their ship too gets hit by flames .and kaileena is taken away and killed by vizier with the magical dagger and vizier becomes an immortal.along with his men and the prince gets affected because of the sand .
the prince steals the dagger from the vizier and as it can only kill him.and he sets to kill him to avenge the death of kaileena and to free bobbylone
the men who gets affected along with the prince are the bosses in this battle.the prince as he gets affected due to sand becomes a sand wrath and consumes sand to live you will play pretty much 80 percent of the game as a sand wrath .
this will pretty much be the last game you will play without a graphic card with this good detailing and awesome environment .as inbuilt graphics is enough to play this game.
there are secrets that you will find playing this which will amaze you and make you play some more of this awesome game.and the boss fights are very well created and you use different strategy to kill different bosses in this game.and the vizier boss fight is to die for.and it does not end there as you soon find that their is one other guy that wants your throne .and that is why its named two thrones.
Everyone's favourite wall running, time controlling sandman makes his appearance yet again in Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. In this installment of the series, our prince returns, with the Empress of Time, to Babylon. But something is wrong, Babylon lay in ruins, destroyed by war. But a war with who? No time to answer that question, the prince's yacht gets wrecked and he wakes up on the shore only to find his scantily clad, female companion being dragged away by a couple of soldiers. And you are going to be the prince in shining armor, uhm... robes, who tries to save her.
This third-person game has many of the great features of the previous installments, everything from great combat (and more combos than you can shake a stick at), awesome acrobatics and great in-game movies. The controls may take a bit of getting used to at first, but that is to be expected, as the game is actually supposed to be played with a game pad. Don't be discouraged though, this game has more than enough to offer for keyboard and mouse lovers. Also, probably the most noteworthy addition to this game is the prince's ability to change into his dark, corrupted split personality (another side-effect of messing with the Sands of Time). This darker side of the prince is armed with the Dagger of Time and his Daggertail (a rather nasty piece of bling-bling). This enables you to swing from protrusions on walls, and the ability to strangle your enemies. There is also the added joy of the Speedkill, which will test your reaction speed and stealth. If you like speed, then you will probable enjoy the chariot races, where you get to experience the joys of either having your enemy's chariot smashed to splinters on a rock face, or trampling them under your trusty steed's hooves. You also gain sand credits, which you can use to reveal some of the game's amazing artwork.
Since the game is based on a checkpoint save system, I would recommend buying a new toupee because you will occasionally feel the need to rip your hair out in frustration while your prince plummets to his death (although the ability to rewind time comes in rather handy to reverse this), only to be forced to take on all those dangers you so painstakingly conquered last time.If you're just looking for a fast paced shooter, you should look elsewhere. The game is at times riddled with puzzles, some harder than others.
------Graphics & Sound-------
The city of Babylon is impressive to say the least. Everything is detailed, from the shrubbery right down to the cobblestones in the roads. The characters are good looking (as in visually, not as in handsome :)). Occasionally the prince and his darker self get into a conversation, and the dark prince can deliver the funniest remarks!
