Psychotoxic is a first person shoot-em-up.

Set in New York in the year 2020, where the first 3 of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have been rampaging across the Earth. Now is the time for the last of the 4 to make an appearence. The characters are Angie Prophet who is a human being, angel and guardian all at the same time. A a demi-angel who might just be able to stop Armageddon, she was created thousands of years ago to rescue the human race in their time of great need. Playing Angie, your partner is Max, together you must save humankind from itself, while stopping your the evil Aaron Crowley and destroy the forth Horseman of the Apocalypse.

Playing the game on multiple level, you move around a graphically well created apocalyptic world, then you enter the minds of others and play 'mind' levels too. Here time and matter are distorted. Using the usual array of huge weaponary found in such games, there is death and explosions aplenty.

With a cracking storyline that really does draw you in, Psychotoxic is up there as one of the better of the many first person shoot-em-ups that seem to be coming out every five minutes. Relavtively easy to get into, but difficult enough to keep you coming back time and time again.
