Quake II. The second in the Quake quadriliogy. Quake II was released and had vast improvements over its predecessor. Based on the same engine that was used to create Quake I, Quake II does not lack the playability of the first game.

With a vast array of new and exciting weapons: blaster, machinegun, chaingun, hyperblaster, railgun and BFG Quake II offers a lot more variety for players to kill their opponents.

With more emphasis on improving the multiplayer side of the game from the success achieved on Quake I, Quake II will provide hours of long entertainment. You can test your mighty skills against other players from around the world on the internet. Join clans online or make your own and compete in leagues and clan cups.

Quake II also has improved level design and layout with better and more organised levels for clan matches online.

There are a number of different items that you can pickup within the game including health items, armour and special items such as quad damage. Your team needs to work together to make best use of these items and try to keep those items under control of your own team. The better strategy your team has the more chance it has of winning matches.

Quake II is a great multiplayer game that is still popular today.
