Redneck Rampage uses the Duke Nukem engine and is based on the humorous notion that you are an American redneck, attacking chickens and various other Rednecks in your attempts to complete levels. Hazards include other Rednecks with guns and Rednecks driving cars. Amusing, but doesn't take the genre as far as other games such as Carmageddon or Doom. Your character can increase health through drinking alcohol, however this decreases your coordination [the screen becomes wobbly and blurred].
