The first installment saw the player plunged into the sprawling metropolis of Liberty City where they are encouraged to take a 9 to 5 office job filing important memos and contributing to a rich and full society. 	Grand Theft Auto IV (PC) ... game was the most anticipated of last year. It was without a doubt, also one of the best I have played. You are Niko Bellic who has just came to Liberty City (it is a bit disappointing a GTA game is once again set in Liberty City after the PSP game). Niko Bellic is determined to work his way up the criminal ladder and do whatever he needs to do to get there. Unlike GTA clones like saints row, the missions are pleasantly enjoyable and there is a variety of them which support the over riding story to give an engrossing chain of events. 	Grand Theft Auto IV (PC) ... IV does need a reasonably fast computer, but then it runs ok - a decent graphics card really helps, as I found out when I tried to play it on a Laptop, and got around 1 or 2 fps (should aim for at least 30!). The annoying thing about running GTA IV is the amount of additional programmes that need installing before you can install the game. It insists on installing games for Windows Live and Rockstar games social club, as well as the normal DirectX, flash and .net framework. After installing the game it seemed to be running fine, but the shadows were flickering, so I downloaded the latest patch for the same (1.0.4.0 at the time). This didn t fix the shadows and wor...
