Advantages: Fun, Addictive, Great graphics
Disadvantages: -
One day I was going down to my local virgin store and looking arround the various catogories of Cd's when my eye fell upon a certain rugby 2001, little did I know that I would be holed up in front of the computer for the next month playing on this fantastic game. This game is by far the best rugby game in circulation(It's only real competitor being Jona Lomu Rugby!!!). This game is a fantastic new revelation in the world of sporting games a one off a brainstorm. Thegame itself is so perfectly tuned and set up that each bits of it complement each other. The game is very well thought out to the in game menu right to the playing of the game. You have up to date teams a good few stadiums too chose from, the graphics are very good although possibly slightly chunky. You can chose lots of different game modes like the World Cup, the Six Nations and many more. The controls which I thought would take hours to master were vvery easy and I got the hang of it straight away. When your actually playing there is authentic shouts of mad rugby supporters, and of course who could do without Jamie Salmon nad Bill Mclaren that excitable duo of commentators. You can choose from a range of settings, these include chossing how long each half is wether you have off sides and penalties and that kind of thing. Once you get started on this game you won't leave thr e computer for a good three weeks min guarenteed. All the options are great. Everyone I've spoken too says they've loved, and so as you can see this comes with a deep recomendation from me. It is well worth every penny you spend on it and I hope you like it as much as I have ENJOY!!
