Advantages: Great Graphics, excellent game!!

Disadvantages: Lack of weapons!

This game was hailed to be Europes answer to Final Fantasy 7. People thought that European developers couldn't make a good RPG, well if you think this check this game out. Its truly great in everyway. It has camera angle like Final Fantasy (fixed, non rotational), it has backdrops that look as good as the ones in Final Fantasy and the characters look better than the ones in Final Fantasy, they have more detailed faces but they are similar to the cutesy small characters of Final Fantasy 7.

The game tries to differ from Final Fantasy though, as the characters and the game looks similar the fighting and weapon system aren't similar at all. The fighting is real time and you swing at you opponent by click the right mouse button and mobing the way in which you want to attack. This works quite well and gives the game a feeling like no other RPG.

In the game you play a boy (young man) called David, you live with your grandfather who trains you and you life with your wife. The games bad guy 'Silver' has people kidnap your girl friend and later has you grandfather killed, you must seek Silver and try to destroy him. To do this you must get all the magicall orbs around the world, each one allows you to cast a different spell whether its an attacking, healing or any other spell. As you progress in your quest you will encounter many more people who can join your te4am and help you, you can only have 3 people in your party at once though (like FF7) but you can change your party at certain points in the game.

You obtain many weapons along the way but you don't get lots of variation with the weapons types (you simply get different types of sword, axe, bow and i think there is one more kind). This take a bit of variety away but at least you can abtain stronger variations of each weapon. Along the way David also gets other skills which allow him to have special abilitiee (like turing into a big, scarey, sharp toothed warewolf)!!
