SimCity 3000 (PC) ... ve had this game for a few years now but recently replaced it with SimCity 4. Basically it s just a building game - you build up you re city, give it power, water, education, entertainment, transport, police/fire cover etc. and then see if you build up a big successful city. It s quite challenging at first - building your town is easy but slowly your city starts to crumble and people start moving away etc. if you haven t kept your population happy! For my first few months of playing I nearly always had to use cheats! Once you ve successfully built 1 or 2 cities it becomes easier although it still takes lots of trial and error to get the right traffic system etc. You ca... The Sims 3 (PC) ... Sims 3 is a game for PC, the trilogy in a line of exciting simulator games! The Sims is definetely a cult icon in video gaming, and even the most un-gamer of people will love the Sims. There have been many other simulator games in the past such as the Tycoon games and Theme games, but nothing as indepth and free as the Sims. Having played and been completely and utterly addicted to the first two in the series, there wasn t a shadow of a doubt whether I would be purchasing the Sims 3 during the build up to it s release. The Sims 3 (PC) ... used to be a big fan of The Sims and The Sims 2 in my school days! I really enjoyed them but I guess I just kind of grew out of them and played them less and less until I d almost forgotten about them. I don t know what made me go out and buy The Sims 3 last week, it simply popped into my head so I bought a copy and had a play about with it. Installation was fairly simple, I got a little bored and impatient waiting as it took a bit longer than most other games but I guess that s just because it s a big game with a lot of content.
