You will control Starsky & Hutch over three seasons. At the end of each episode you're given a viewer rating. As you go through each episode the viewer rating will drop gradually, your aim is to keep it high throughout the seasons.
It's far from easy to keep the viewer rating high due to the fact that the car is so difficult to control and running down civilians will cause your viewer rating to drop. The use of the rating system also fails to help you immerse yourself in the game, it's far too fake. The game would have been better without this element, instead putting you in the shoes of Starsky & Hutch as if they were real people.
The graphics are lacking as is the sound. The gameplay is awfully poor, the storyline is non existent leaving the whole thing feeling rather pointless. You're certainly not going to want to play this more than once and I should think most people won't even bother playing it to the end.
Overall a definite avoid.

Starsky & Hutch is a story-based police driving action game, taking place in a truly 3-D world modelled on the series location of "Bay City". The game is split into individual episodic time-based missions where the player will be challenged and rewarded based on their performance. A television rating board will score the users gameplay and depending on skill will reward the player with bonus points and/or power-ups.
