If you are new to the Bomberman series the game is overhead 2D action where you control one of these dorky but deadly little dudes who can plant dangerous explosives to destroy certain walls and enemies that get in the way. Controlling your Bomberman in four directions is a piece of cake and laying down bombs is simple enough but the blast can kill you as well so you still have to be careful to get out of the way before it goes off. What's new to the SNES edition of Bomberman here is the once boring single player campaign is now pretty fun to play. Super Bomberman is a great game; everyone at one time or another has played it. And probably likes it. The basic concept is easy. Blow up everyone and everything around you! Sounds great. ~~~Plot/Story/Concept~~~ You play as a Bomberman, a man who drops bombs. A little guy who runs round dropping bombs in the attempt that the blast will destroy a monster/player. Or in the single player mode unveil the exit. There are 2 modes, the normal mode, or the battle mode. ---Normal Mode--- In the normal mode there are 6 worlds, each with 8 levels on it. This is a simple, fast-paced and fun game that has a reassonble single-player mode as well as one of the best multiplayer games ever seen on the SNES. Most people will have played some kind of variation of bomberman at some time and lots of them will have done it with this one, while this game is not perfect it is certainly hard to improve and despite lots of sequels being made, very few of them quite live up to this one. --Basic Gameplay-- The basic idea of the game is that you control a man who has the ability to put down bombs (hence the name).
