Max Payne 2 - The Fall of Max Payne (PC):
... Payne 2 is largely the same as its predecessor, albeit with a new storyline and lots of little embellishments and improvements throughout. Having now been cleared of the murder of his wife and child, Max starts out again as a detective within the NYPD, teaming up with Mona Sax from the first game as they both become embroiled in a conspiracy of murder and betrayal. The game relies on the same third-person shooter... Read the full review: Max is Back by Burning_Darkness |

Grand Theft Auto 2 (PC) ... back in 1999, Grand Theft Auto 2 follows closely in the footsteps of its predecessor, with a top-down viewpoint, simple, arcade-style gameplay and controls and uncomplicated, cartoony graphics. As before, you must travel around the huge city maps gunning people down on foot and stealing cars, getting involved in long car-chases with the police and carrying out missions for local gangs in exchange for money. The graphics are a little more polished in the original, and the cityscapes more varied, with certain levels set at night this time around. There are dozens of new vehicle models available, and there are now numerous different gangs for whom you can work, wi... Grand Theft Auto (PC) ... far cry from the big budget, visually impressive GTA games of today, the original Grand Theft Auto is a very simplistic top-down affair with basic, 2d graphics that relies on addictive, arcade-style gameplay and responsive controls. Its very easy to pick up and play and is game that has dated very little, both because its gameplay is so straightorward and enjoyable and also due to the fact that its visuals were nothing particularly special even when it first came out back in 1998. As in its numerous sequels you play a joyrider who makes money by stealing cars and undertaking missions for local organised crime gangs, roaming about vast cityscapes complete with motorways,... Grand Theft Auto - Vice City (PC) ... there is one thing that you feel when playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City, it is the feeling of actually being there in Miami around the 1980s. It is really a pleasant environment for a game. It is such a revolutionary game that gives you the freedom to be whoever you want or whatever you want to do. The surrounding literally lets you do pretty much whatever you please. The advance physics of the game also makes the actions or crashes more realistic and impressive. There is no telling what can happen with the game since, the game is not straightforward game as a whole, they are continuation of consequences as a result of your actions that you might have taken earlier ...
