Although the fourth Elder Scrolls game, Oblivion, is quite rightly the best game in the series, Morrowind, the third game, is as complex and well-executed, and so is one worth revisiting once you've ploughed through Oblivion. It is simply one of the most rewarding games in the genre and a triumph of style AND substance in harmony. It may be closer to ten years old than five now, but it still looks good, and its water graphics for the time were great in particular. What is most impressive to me, though, is how they've managed to construct a world that seems so alive and devoid of artifice; there are no characters standing around doing nothing, and everything is ... Well, I must admit I was a bit sceptical when I installed Morrowind on my PC a few weeks back. Everywhere I looked, PC game websites were raving about it. People I knew were raving about it. The problem was, I do not always believe the sites or the people i know! And it is with this in mind that I write this opinion and inform the average gamer all about it. Basically, it is a huge adventure game. When I say huge, Im not understating it. the complexity, diversity and sheer size make it very taxing on the memory of both Computer and human alike. I can liken it to the "dungeons and dragons" style games played the world over and that ... Read the complete review

Elder Scrolls III Morrowind is a role-playing game developed by Bethesda Softworks and was originally released in the year 2002. Two other expansion packs were released by the name of Tribunal and Bloodmoon. And all of the three releases were eventually re-packaged into Elder Scrolls III Morrowind (Game of the Year Edition) and released in 2003. Soon after the game was originally released in 2002, it was a smash hit among gamers and won more than 60 awards including Game of the Year. Enough of history. Now you must be wondering that what's so special about this game that it was such a hit. Well lets throw some light on this magnificent role-playing game from Bethesda ... Read the complete review

Well. This game is absolutely superb! The graphics are brilliant, the gameplay is brilliant, the AI is brilliant, the sound is brilliant and the storyline is....waitforit.....brilliant. This has got to be one of the games of the year. Forget FFX. This is a real RPG. A do what you want, go where you like romp. And that's the truth. The only limit is that you are on an island 3 square miles big. Though after playing through the game, you'll be claiming it's about a hundred square miles. Let's start with the gameplay shall we? Always a good place to start in my opinion. The amount of choice you get in this game is unbelievable! ... Read the complete review

Morrowind, put simply, is a huge game. Pretty much as soon as it starts you're cast out into a massive (and I don't use that word lightly) world, where you can pretty much do anything. Yes, you will have been given a task to complete at the beginning of the game, but it's up to you when, or indeed if, you do it. If you prefer, you could just go off and wander around, exploring caves, stealing from shops, or just hunting in the wilderness. Being an RPG (role-playing game), the more time you put in, the more you'll get out of the game. This is not a game to buy if you only like playing a few minutes every now and again. However, as is often the case with games ... Read the complete review

Educational and fun
Gets boring and is the same as zoo tycoon
Timeshift (PC)
Fun gameplay, Good graphics, Good sound.
Doesn't work that well on older computers, Levels could be too hard.
