1992 saw the release of The Journeyman Project to many oohs and aahs at the graphics and storyline but also to many more, and much louder howls of discontent at the speed. The game was virtually unplayable after being ported from the Mac to the PC because it was so ridiculously slow. 2 years later the game was re-released as "The Journeyman Project Turbo!" which was 3 times faster and far better - but it still stunk. Whilst the graphics were gorgeous, the sounds awesome and the storyline second to none, the actual game itself was far too simple to complete.
